WHERE CAN MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

It can be delivered anywhere within Lagos. We also deliver to Abuja, Rivers State and Osun State.

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

Standard Delivery: For standard delivery, your order will be delivered within 1-2 days within Lagos (Saturdays & Sundays excluded).

Same-Day Delivery: We offer same-day delivery (within Lagos) for orders placed before 10am (Saturdays & Sundays excluded).

Deliveries outside Lagos can take 2-4 working days.

Please note, we don’t deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. Thank you

All orders are delivered between 9am - 6pm, Monday - Friday. Unfortunately, specific time-slots cannot be selected or allocated for deliveries.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU DELIVER?

We deliver everyday other than Saturdays, Sundays and a few holidays! Unfortunately, we will not be able to deliver any cards on Good Friday, Easter Monday, Independence Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day! However, if you let us know way ahead of time, we might be able to make a few exceptions.

I HAVE AN URGENT ORDER. HELP!

If you need something urgently and you’ve passed the deadline or you need your shipment to arrive by a specific time, please send us an email or a DM on Instagram and we’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request. Alternatively kindly check out our physical stockists in Lagos that carry a range of our cards.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please email us at help@anoelacards.com and we’ll do everything we can to fix your problem.
